Access is a quarterly borough-wide youth worship event targeting young people between 11-18 years old. These events feature fun icebreaker games, quality worship time led by talented local musicians and inspirational guest speakers. Youth Workers from across the borough volunteer to help lead, a several churches across the borough play host to the event. The aim is to encourage inter-church relationships and to create an environment where young people can connect with God and deepen their faith.

As well as being a local boy, Guvna B is a multi-award winning, record-breaking rap artist who as well as winning a MOBO award became the first rapper in UK history to top the Official Christian & Gospel charts.  His aim is simple. To inform, inspire and equip young people to live out their God given purpose on earth and reach their full potential by offering reasoning with an insight based upon his faith and experiences. Your past doesn’t have to dictate your future and Guvna B wants every young person to know that. In a world where most rap music promotes drugs, violence, sex and misogyny, Guvna B hopes to be a beacon of light and he comes to Access as our guest speaker with a clear strong message to share

We are pleased to welcome our very own Centre Director AMY STOTT as our speaker. Amy has been a youth pastor in Newham for almost 7 years and has been part of the Newham Youth for Christ staff team since 2013, becoming Centre Director in September 2016. Amy is passionate about seeing young people come to know Jesus and equipped to live for Jesus. She really feels the time is right for her to share with our young people in Newham on what it means to know true freedom in Christ.

Phil is a passionate youth evangelist who is committed to seeing young people living evangelistically, reaping the Harvest of young people that are desperately waiting to hear the good news of the gospel. Phil is the national youth director for HOPE, and works with youth agencies and denominations to champion peer to peer evangelism as part of the HOPE ’18 year of mission. Phil is married to Emma with two young girls and loves seeing young people getting uncomfortable for Jesus.

Debbie works for Ichthus Christian Fellowship and leads a church of "allsorts" in South East London. She is passionate about seeing people and communities transformed by the love of Jesus, and spends her time talking about Him and praying with people who want to meet Him both in the church and on the streets. She is married to Joe and they have 4 year old twins who keep life busy, but perhaps her greatest challenge is keeping their loopy dog, Furzey, under control!

Former front man and manager of UK hip-hop pioneers, The 29th Chapter, Prince has a passion for speaking and inspiring a generation to chase after the things of God, taking the Good News of Jesus into the highways and byways of mainstream culture. Through sharing his own journey, Prince seeks to inspire more Christians to push into the mainstream arts, media and entertainment space. He and his wife Laura live in London; they have three children, aged nine, seven and three.

Living and working in London for XLP as Ministries Director she splits her time between leading mission trips, encouraging spiritual growth and speaking to a range of people. When not working, Naomi enjoys drinking excellent coffee and cycling – not at the same time.
